Viniche is committed to making the finest vinyl tilt turn windows and french doors. What goes into making the finest doors and windows?
We start with the vinyl. When looking for vinyl, Viniche only uses 100% virgin uPVC vinyl with at least 10% TiO2 to insure stability against high intensity ultraviolet rays from the sun, which breaks down the vinyl and leads to yellowing. Viniche only sources from respected vinyl extruders with a long track record of quality. The vinyl must have a uniform sheen and pass through our extensive quality control process before it is even let into our plant.
The second and equally important component is the hardware. We’ve traveled around the world to find the best. Our hinges adjust up – down, left –right, and in - out. This insures that the door will never rub or sag. With the use of multi-point locks you can rest assured that the doors and windows will always lock securely and protect against whatever may try to come in from the outside.
The last component is our glass. We manufacture the insulated glass units ourselves. We found that we couldn’t rely on what someone else thought was quality; we had to do it ourselves. From cutting and tempering to grids and v-grooving, it is 100% Viniche. The high thermal performance is understood, all of our windows and doors meet or exceed Energy Star requirements for all climate zones.
So please look around our site and discover why we are so proud of Viniche french doors and tilt turn windows.
